Mr. Solomon possesses substantial and wide-ranging experience in the field of Guardianship. He is regularly appointed by the Courts to serve in a variety of fiduciary and representative capacities, including Court Evaluator, Counsel to the Alleged Incapacitated Person, Counsel to the Guardian, Guardian, Temporary Guardian, and Trustee. His work in these roles reflects a high level of trust placed in him by the judiciary and the legal community.

In addition to his guardianship practice, Mr. Solomon maintains extensive experience in Real Estate, Landlord–Tenant law, and Trusts and Estates. His Trusts and Estates practice includes the preparation of Wills, Trusts, and Health Care Directives, as well as the representation of clients in both transactional and litigation matters. 

He approaches each engagement with meticulous attention to detail and a results-oriented legal strategy.

Mr. Solomon began his legal career at Jacqueline McMickens & Associates, initially joining the firm as a Law Clerk and, shortly thereafter, advancing to the position of Associate. During his tenure, he handled a broad array of matters—including Family Law, Trademark practice, and Estate litigation—thereby developing a robust foundation across multiple practice areas.

He has been admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey since 2011.

Before entering the legal profession, Mr. Solomon conducted scientific research in the field of molecular biology, an experience that continues to inform his analytical rigor, precision, and methodical approach to complex legal issues.
